I have messed up a few times by having McDonalds for dinner. Otherwise I am doing well. Infact I should be eating more small meals throughout the day. I should have more will power then I have been allowing myself. I am working now. I have had half a bagel, spinach some garlic pita chips with hummus and some tea. I am now having a diet coke and a Three Muskateers candy bar. They are only 8gms of fat as opposed to the 20-23grms in a regular candy bar. Anyway......this is such a boring blog, but is one that I need to keep for myself. Hopefully soon my employer will find a replacement for one of the people that I care for and I will be able to have time to exercise. I am moving in the next two weeks and will start my classes. I am thinking about dropping one of the classes. I am taking 15 credit hours and working a full time and two part time jobs. That is enough stress to make anyone gain weight. I work taking care of an elderly lady who is giving me her rowing machine. I thought it is better then nothing and am going to get a few videos. Well that is all for now. Off to write in my other two blogs.
